We are back
Brady and I went on a little getaway to Sand Hollow. We had so much fun. I learned how to wakeboard-I have blisters to prove it! We went swimming, rock jumping, soaked in some sun and survived some crazy weather.
We were also sad to leave our tent behind. It has fought many battles in its lifetime, but barley survived this one. The poles, the rain fly and the zipper had been giving us some trouble, but we hung onto it thinking it would be okay. Till the zipper broke completely this time and had to make an emergency trip to town for a needle and thread. Good thing I took some sewing classes in high school- we wouldn't want that to go to waste.
The stitching turned out ok, but decided it was time to put our tent at rest.
It was great to get away,
but we are glad to be back
